Houston, TX, October 28, 2011 – Fair Marketing will participate in the Houston Heart Walk, which takes place downtown on Saturday, November 5, 2011, at Sam Houston Park. Opening ceremonies begin at 9:00 A.M. with the actual walk beginning at 9:30 A.M. and ending at 11:00 A.M.

The Houston Heart Walk serves to raise awareness of cardiovascular disease, which is the number one killer of Americans today, and effects millions of families and friends. Through awareness and lifestyle changes, the American Heart Association seeks to bring awareness to put an end to cardiovascular disease. Monies raised from the event help to fund research, education and advocacy for the American Heart Association.

Roger Janik, founder and principle of Fair Marketing, created the Fair Marketing team with wellness and community in mind. Janik said, “We feel it is our responsibility to help others as a company, and as individuals. This is an important cause, and we want to lend our support to make people aware of this terrible disease.”

Team Fair Marketing has set a goal to raise $1000 for the American Heart Association through participation in the Houston Heart Walk.
