Fair Marketing, a Houston-based web marketing company, has upgraded itself in multiple areas with the addition and/or promotion of three employees.

Mike Crump, Josh Walters and Ricky Westbrook have either been promoted or hired to new positions at Server Side Design. Each brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and professionalism to the table and hopes are high about their ability to strengthen Fair Marketing’s position as one of the top web marketing companies in operation today.

Crump first began with Fair Marketing in August of 2011 as a part-time programmer. His tenacity and skill set did not go unnoticed by senior management and he was recently promoted to a full-time SEO programming position. His job is to code and optimize websites for clients in order to assist them in improving their web rankings.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to have his skill set on board,” said Ashleigh Bunn, Fair Marketing online advertising specialist. “We are confident in his abilities and feel like Mike is a perfect fit for our company!”

Walters first joined Fair Marketing in November 2011 in the Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Department. He showed exemplary skills and extraordinary talent in this area and is now Fair Marketing’s newest PPC Account Manager.   
 
“Josh will be managing client’s PPC campaigns, ensuring their online marketing dollars are put to good use,” Bunn said. “I am especially thrilled to have him as a part of the team and look forward to working diligently with him!”

Westbrook is Fair Marketing’s newest team member. He is also joining the PPC team as a PPC Account Manager.

“Ricky has spent the past 10 years in the Search Engine Marketing field and we are very pleased that he will be putting that experience to good use with our client accounts,” Bunn said.

Roger Janik, Fair Marketing principal and founder, said he was extremely pleased with the effort shown by all three of the employees and expressed his sincere gratitude.
